was nearly brought to tears by r. leg cramp & l. achilles pain that turned 3.1 mi run into a 2 mi walk. Blast it to Hades! Still hurting. #
is wrecked. Boys getting haircuts, then ChickFilA for dinner, MaidaNet work, pick mom up from airport at 10. No rest for the wicked. #
is working on MaidaNet stuff. Mom's flight is delayed until 10:39. Sigh. #
