Country Crafts N Design
   Independent Consultant Agreement

In accordance with the terms and conditions in this agreement I hereby submit my application to become an Independent Consultant for Country Crafts N Design. I acknowledge that all the information listed here is true and I am at least 18 years of age and a legal United States Citizen

I understand that I am a self- employed Independent Consultant , not an employee, agent, or franchise holder of Country Crafts N Design. I may set my own working hours and my sales territory will be within my zip code area.

I understand that I will be responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes and laws. I am responsible for reporting and collecting sales tax for my state on all sales I make.

I understand that I cannot sell or distribute Country Crafts N Design consultant’s personal information to other direct sellers, person or companies. Doing so will be in violation of this contract and my status as a consultant will be terminated.

I understand that as a consultant I cannot apply any mark up to Country Craft N Design products.

I understand that I may sell products side by side with other companies, I cannot purchase Country Crafts N Design products and sell them under another name.

I understand that to remain active I must fulfill at least one sales order per quarter (every 3 months).

I understand that all advertising by word or print must represent Country Crafts N Design in a truthful, honest and loyal manner.

I understand that all income derived through my association with Country Crafts N Design will be based solely upon my own efforts to sell and market products to customers. I may do this by Home Shows, catalog shows, Internet, Craft fairs or personal sales.
