Until I realized that it was me that was going to teach my children how to grieve. It was me that was going to teach them that tears make you stronger and that loving and losing brings grace. Keep breathing, keep being the strong mama you are and you will all make it through this stronger than you ever thought possible. I'm sending you love and light... Doesn't make it easier on you, but the tears now will make their lives so much better down the road. Teaching kids to know that their parents are human and can be sad and cry just like them is a hard thing, but will make them better people as they grow up.
