Weight check – 01/28/08
I got on the scale this morning and…

lost 1.2 lbs!
Of course, I shouldn’t have gained 3 lbs during marathon week in the first place, but at least we’re getting somewhere, even if that was just water weight I lost.
Today I went for a 5 or 6 mile run with May (not sure because I forgot to start my Nike+ iPod when we started).
I’m staying within my calorie budget, but I am ALWAYS HUNGRY. Sigh.
Okay, so May and I are still discussing the triathlon vs duathlon… it’s the lake swim that’s putting us both off…
