I finished it today. Wow. It was great.

I missed the very big Spoiler Alert subject line that was so graciously put there as a warning and totally spoiled myself by reading Joy’s post when I was halfway through the book. 

No matter!  I really enjoyed it.     Yay!

I liked the epilogue.  Nice touch.

The deaths started so early (Mad Eye and Hedwig), it was shocking.  And they just kept coming throughout.  Fred’s death hit me the hardest.  I mean, c’mon.     Why?  Why?  Why?  And the idea that Tonk’s and Lupin’s child grows up without parents.  So sad.    He’s the likely subject of a spin off, right?
