Checking in… July?!
Holy Crap! It’s July already! 
I haven’t had a chance to get my bloodwork done.
I am going to get up early and get to the lab when it opens tomorrow, while everyone is still in bed. I need to know what’s going on with my body.
I can’t believe that running 3x a week and not eating horribly (not superhealthy, but also not overindulging), and I haven’t budged in my weight loss goals

I did go for a brisk hike today on Barr Trail, from the Cog Railway to the top of the Ws and down. I have gotten back into a routine with my running. Even it’s just a 45 minute run, it’s something. 
My sciatica is still bothering me whenever I sit. I’ve switched from an office chair to an exercise ball. It’s good, actually, keeps me from being too slouchy. Driving is painful, though. 
I’m with you on trying to get back on routine. I *need* to make that a priority.
Emotionally, I’m feeling okay, but I have to say that today was particularly trying with the boys. With 3 tantrums between them just today, I am WORN DOWN and want to run away!
